New Golf Cart Warranty Policy
This warranty is valid for 2 years from the date of purchase of the golf cart. Solar City Carts (hereafter referred to as "the Company") warrants that the golf cart will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service during the warranty period.
Warranty Coverage
1. The Company will repair or replace, at its discretion, any part of the golf cart that is found to be defective in materials or workmanship during the warranty period.
2. This warranty covers the repair or replacement of defective parts, but does not include labor charges for installation or any other associated costs.
3. The warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is not transferable to any subsequent owners.
Exclusions
1. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, neglect, accidents, or improper maintenance of the golf cart.
2. Any modifications or alterations to the golf cart not authorized by the Company will void this warranty.
3. Normal wear and tear, such as tire wear, cosmetic damage, and fading, are not covered under this warranty.
Claim Process
1. In the event of a warranty claim, the owner must contact the Company's authorized service center to initiate the repair process.
2. The Company's authorized service center will inspect the golf cart and determine if the issue is covered under the warranty.
3. If the warranty claim is approved, the Company will provide repair or replacement services as outlined in the warranty coverage section.
Disclaimer
1. The Company is not liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the
golf cart, even if the Company has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
2. This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Company for the golf cart, and there are no other
warranties, expressed or implied.
By purchasing the golf cart, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions of this warranty.
