WARRANTY
Warranty Policy - New Carts
All new golf carts will receive a complimentary 2-year warranty from Solar City Carts. You can view our full warranty policy here. Your Manufacturer's Warranty will differ depending upon the manufacturer and which cart you purchase. Upon delivery, your golf cart will come with the manufacturer's warranty paperwork.
Warranty Policy - Used Carts
All used golf carts will come with a 30-day warranty. This warranty covers any major components of the cart, including the motor, controller, and frame integrity. Extended warranties are available upon request, please inquire for more information. You may also purchase our Emergency Service Plan for 24/7 access to emergency support from Solar City Carts.
Return Policy
All sales are final. If you need to cancel an order already in process for any reason, there will be a $1,995 restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
We do not ship golf carts at this time. All sales are within Babcock Ranch, FL.
